Norma Dickman nee Stern of Delray Beach, Florida passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, January 2, 2018. She was 94 years old. The daughter of the late Dorothy and Max Stern, Norma was born on December 21, 1923 and lived in Ellenville New York, until moving to Aventura Florida in 1971.
She was the beloved wife of Bernard Dickman who pre-deceased her.
Norma is survived by her adored and adoring daughters Sherry Rosenstock (Herbert) and Bonnie Yaffe (Stephen Yaffe). Her four grandchildren, David Rosenstock (Corinne) Jeffrey Rosenstock (Kimberly) Robyn Wellikoff (Scott) and Jill Wahler (Matthew.)The jewels in her crown were her 8 great grandchildren Victoria, Alex Sam and Julia Rosenstock , Jack and Nate Wellikoff and Benjamin and Ava Wahler. Norma is also survived by her brother in law Earl Dickman and Eileen Dickman and many nieces and nephews.
She was pre deceased by her brother Irwin Stern.
Norma was the matriarch of her family and had a wonderful sense of humor and a very positive outlook on life. She will be terribly missed by her family forever.
A funeral service will take place on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at 11:00am at the Ezrath Israel Synagogue, 34 Center St, Ellenville, NY 12428. Burial will immediately follow at the Ezrath Israel Synagogue Cemetery, Route 209 in Wawarsing.
