Obituary of Steven Schlossberg

Steven Schlossberg of Rock Hill, NY passed away peacefully on Friday December 4, 2015 at Orange Regional Medical Center in Wallkill. He was 70 years old. The son of the late Irving and Ethel Schlossberg, Steven was born on July 23, 1945 in Brooklyn, NY. During his life Steven worked as a Pharmaceutical Executive for BASF in New Jersey. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. A family statement reads: “Steven was a beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather who was truly loved by all. He was patriotic, enjoyed the arts and truly was involved in his community.” Steven leaves to live his legacy his beloved wife Ida; Son Jason Schlossberg and his wife Lindsay; Daughters; Elizabeth Schlossberg and her husband Abe Norfleet, and Anoush Gavoor and her husband Aram. Steven is further survived by his two grandsons Lucas and Aris, whom he loved dearly, as well as his very dear niece Ronnie, and nephews: Allen, Ian and Marc - along with their lovely families. A funeral service will be held on Monday December 7, 2015 at 3:00PM at the Joseph N. Garlick Funeral Home Inc, 388 Broadway, Monticello, NY 12701 with Rabbi Endre Stamler officiating.
