My heartfelt condolences to the Barnofsky Family. This came as quite a shock. I crossed paths with Boni when I became a member of Temple Sholom. I served with her on the Temple Board and had a blast sitting with her and Stephie in the back of the sanctuary. She loved that I baked the challah every week for the Shabbat Oneg and was thrilled when there was some left so she could take it home for the family. We enjoyed knowing that we had sons that both graduated from St John’s University! RIP Boni.

Boni, you're time was too short lived on this earth. You were my arch enemy in 1st grade in that 1 room school house but life long friend as we traveled our separate ways. I always enjoyed visiting with you whenever I returned home.

Doris, Michael, Gavin, Reed and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Boni was a great friend since the 7th grade. I just spoke with her last week and we were going to get together when she came to the east coast of Florida. My heart is broken over the loss of her, taken too young. She will always be in my thoughts and truly missed. Rest in peace Boni. Heaven has as a new angel. My thoughts are will all of you. Oh, Boni, it's so unbelievable that you are gone so soon. I was so happy to have spent some time with her at the 50th reunion. We spent so much time together as young Teeny Boppers. You in your cute pony tail and pink lipstick and me thinking you were just the greatest. We had such fun hanging out at the Concord and when I slept over. I remember your tuna sandwiches that we ate after school at your house and you remembered my mothers tuna sandwiches when you ate lunch at my house. I remember when you took me ice skating and I skated into Carol Burnett and knocked her over and she gave us her famous laugh. I remember dancing the "slop" with you in front of the jukebox at the skating rink and sometimes even in the lounge. I remember Buddy and Randi and of course the way Evelyn would call your name. At the reunion you were sorry you missed Shabbos lunch at my house with some of the gang and I was planning in my mind to do it again so you could be there. Now you will be in my heart!!!
