Obituary of Dale Gene Berenson

Dale Gene Berenson, a resident of Hurleyville, NY passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2026.

Dale lived a full life devoted to her family, community, and career. She was a poet and in her younger years played classical piano and danced ballet. She shared an almost 40-year marriage with her husband, who passed in 2021 - Seymour Berenson. She was the first female president of the Fallsburg Lions Club. For nearly 38 years, she worked as the Executive Secretary for the Monticello Harness Horsemen's Association.

She is survived by: Martin Berenson; his wife Abby, and children, Alyssa and Brandon Edelglass, Hillary Morse and her husband Bradd, Harris Berenson and his wife Danielle, granddaughter Raquel Egeland and her partner Henry and their beautiful daughter and Dale’s first great grandchild, Emma whom she adored.

Services will be private for immediate family only.
