From the New York State Thruway (Interstate I-87N) Take exit # 16 Route 17WB (Future I86)/Harriman.

Continue on NY-17 WB to exit 113 Wurtsboro/Ellenville.

At the end of the exit ramp turn right onto US Route 209. Travel U.S. Route 209 North through Kerhonkson into Accord.


Make a left-hand turn onto Boice Mill Road the Cemetery is on the left-hand side about 2-3 miles The first Cemetery is the Kerhonkson Cemetery. The second cemetery is the Accord Cemetery

From NYC-Take the New York State Thruway North over the Tappan Zee Bridge (Mario M. Cuomo Bridge), to Exit 16 Harriman.

Take Exit 16 and you will be on Route 17 West.  Take 17 West to Exit 100 Liberty. Follow directions from chapel.

 From the Chapel- Take Route 17 West to Exit 100, at the end of the ramp there is traffic light turn Left, go to the top of the hill and there will be another traffic light, you will turn Right at this light and you will be on Route 52 toward Loch Sheldrake.

 Follow Route 52 (passing Shoprite/Dunkin Donuts and the intersection for Sunset Lake Road) and continue to go past Rolling V Bus Corp on the left. You will come up a light grade to a left turn for Ha-San-Na Rd, Make this left onto Ha-San-Na Road.

 Continue approximately ½ mile and you will see a cemetery on the right, go in the Main gate which has to brick pillars on either side.

 This is Ahavath Israel Cemetery. Continue down the cemetery driveway. The Swan Lake Cemetery is on the Left side on the driveway just as you crest the grade on the back of the cemetery.

Anshe Tzaydik Cemetery & Ezrath Israel Cemetery

 Route 209

Wawarsing, NY

This is north of Ellenville, NY and Napanoch, NY on Route 209.

Take the NY State Thruway to Exit 16 Harriman on to Route 17 West. 

Take 17 West to Exit 113 (Wurtsboro/Ellenville).  

Turn right at the end of the off ramp, toward Wurtsboro.  This is Route 209.

Stay on 209 thru Wurtsboro, Spring Glen, Ellenville, Napanoch.  Continue past the White Wolf Restaurant/Tractor Supply Company and the NYSDOC’s facilities.

You will go up a hill and see a cemetery on the left side of 209 this is Ezrath Israel cemetery.  
The right side of 209 opposite Ezrath Israel cemetery is a driveway that goes up a steep hill and a cemetery on top of that hill, this is Anshe Tzaydik.  You need to make a wide swing and go up this driveway to the top and you will see the grave.

Garden State Parkway: Southbound leave Parkway at Exit 130 Route 1 North. Follow sign for Woodbridge Center Drive. Entrance is first right on Woodbridge Center Drive, across for the Woodbridge Mall.

New Jersey Turnpike southbound: Leave Turnpike at Exit No.13 (not 13A) Elizabeth. Take Route 1 South 81/2 miles and continue with to Woodbridge, you’ll pass a sign for the Woodbridge center Mall on you left and a Red Lobster & Chi Chil’s restaurant on you right.  Continue past Gill Lane and take the very next right turn for Woodbridge Center Drive.  This takes you across Route 1.  Cemetery entrance is the first right on Woodbridge Center Drive.

From the chapel in Monticello or Ellenville: Take NY Route 17 East to the New York State Thruway South to the Exit for Route 287 and New Jersey Route 17 South.

From NJ Route 17:  NJ Route 17 South to Ridgewood Ave(Oradell). Follow signs towards Oradell, at the 4th traffic light make a left on Forest Ave. You will see the cemetery beginning at the intersection of Forest Ave and Soldier Hill Road. Continue on Forest Ave to the main cemetery gates on your left. The administration building for Cedar Park and Beth-El is directly ahead as you enter. Follow signs for visitors parking.

Merging off of Route 17 into traffic on Route 42 stay in the left lane. Just before the Napa Autop Parts store take your first left onto Rock Ridge Avenue.

Take Rock Ridge Avenue to the 1st left turn and make the left. (This street is also called Rock Ridge). Continue and cross over 17, go to stop sign and turn Right onto Thompson Road.

The cemetery is about 200 yards down on the Right side.

From Queens: (East of Van Wyck Expressway) and Long Island: Long Island Expressway Westbound. Take Expressway West to Exit 22 College Point Blvd. make left at first light. At next light make left turn. Cemetery on right.

Take 17 West to Exit 109, Rock Hill, get off the this exit, go to Stop sign at the end of the Ramp, and make a right turn and then a quick left turn on to Glen Wild Road.  (Look for the Exxon station and pass in front of it, if you go passed the Trading Post you went the wrong way) 

 **Take Glen Wild Road for about 4 miles, and you will go past the former Glen Wild synagogue, the Post office and over a little bridge just before you go up a steep hill. There is a sign that says Cemeteries on the left, make this left turn, this is Old Glen Wild Road. Continue to the fork in road bear left on to Marsh Road. 

All of the cemeteries are on the right side of the road.  Go until you see a driveway just past the Mountain Dale Synagogue Cemetery (fenced in cemetery with a large gate) and just before the Glen Wild cemetery (Non sectarian).  Make the right up the driveway and Mountain Dale synagogue Cemetery is on the right.

Follow directions to Sharon Garden cemetery, but cross over the rail road tracks to the traffic light, make a left onto the Taconic State Parkway, north and follow to the first traffic light, make a right turn off the parkway onto Commerce St.  Follow Commerce Street about ½ mile to the cemetery.

Take NJ Route 17South to Route 4 East.
Follow Route 4East to Grand or Broad Ave Exit.(Last exit before the bridge)
Appox 5 minutes you will see a big green sign on your Right that says Fairview Ave.
Make a Right (Jug Handle to get to your left and up the hill on the other side which is Fairview Ave.
You will see a 7-11 Store on you left and we are 4 blocks up on the left.
You will see a sign Mt. Moriah Cemetery make left into cemetery.

Keep left onto 287 East and continue to Exit # 3 Spring Brook Parkway. Take the Sprain Brook Pkwy to Exit 11E the Cross County Parkway E/Mount Vernon.

Take the Cross County to Exit # 9 – Hutchinson River Parkway South. Continue on the Hutchinson Parkway staying straight and crossing over the Whitestone Bridge.

This is Route 100A North for about 2 1/2 miles, make a right turn onto Lakeview Ave, (this is immediately after a monument dealer) Follow Lakeview this goes to the cemetery, make left turn before train tracks into the parking lot of the cemetery.

All of the cemeteries are on the right side of the road.  Go until you see a driveway just past the Mountaindale Synagogue Cemetery (fenced in cemetery with a large gate) and just before the Glen Wild cemetery (Non sectarian).  Make the right up the driveway and make the 1st left and follow the road around the South Fallsburg Hebrew Association Cemetery is the 2nd cemetery just before you come back out onto the main cemetery road.  

 From Route 17 East:

 Route 17 East to Exit 109 Rock Hill.  Go to Stop sign at end of Ramp and turn left, go to stop sign and turn left again, then make the 1st right by Pizza the Rock and the Exxon Station this is Glen Wild Road Go to **above  

Sullivan County Veterans Cemetery

Take the New York State Thruway North over the Tappan Zee Bridge (Mario M. Cuomo Bridge), to Exit 16 Harriman.

Take Exit 16 onto on Route 17 West.  Take 17 West to Exit 100 Liberty.

 Take Exit 100, at the end of the ramp there is traffic light turn Left, go to the top of the hill and there will be another traffic light, you will turn Right at this light and you will be on Route 52 toward Loch Sheldrake.

 Stay on Route 52 past the light at the Trading Post and Shop Rite to the next light at Sunset Lake Road (formerly Infirmary Rd) and turn left at this light.  The cemetery is approximately 1.5 miles on the left. It has a large chain link fence in front and a military tank parked on the hill.

Temple Beth Shalom Cemetery

Take Route 87 North (Thruway) to Exit 16 – Harriman Route 17 West.

Continue to Exit 124 (Route 17A). At the end of the ramp turn left (passing Quickcheck) to the next traffic light. Turn left onto 17A traveling through Goshen into the Village of Florida, NY. Once at the main traffic light in the village near the Valero gas station and Werner’s Hardware, turn right onto bridge street. Continue straight and keep left as Bridge Street turn to Highland Avenue. Continue straight and keep right as Highland Avenue becomes Wheeler Road. Several miles ahead Wheeler Road will turn into Union Corners Road. Continue straight for approximately 2-3 miles until your next intersection. You will see St. Joseph’s RC Cemetery on your left. Turn left at the intersection onto Spanktown Road. Temple Beth Shalom Cemetery is on the right hand side directly behind the bed and breakfast.

·       Once through White Lake, the cemetery is situated on the right hand side about 2-3 miles, there are 2 stone pillars at the entrance which is directly across from the Evergreen Cemetery across the street.

From Exit 106 continue through the light approaching the entrance to Resorts World Catskills. Turn left instead of going into the casino entrance and enter the traffic circle. Take the second exit of the circle onto Bridgeville Road. Go past Arthur Glick Truck Sales and continue on Bridgeville Road. The right-hand turn for Southwoods Road is just past 613 Auto (Formerly Johnston’s Toyota.)

The cemetery is on the left side of Southwoods Roads about 200 yards from the turn off  of Bridgeville Rd.

 **Take Glen Wild Road for about 4 miles maybe, and you will go pasted the Glen Wild synagogue, the Post office and over a little bridge just before you go up a step hill, there is a sign that says Cemetery’s on the left make this left turn, this is Old Glen Wild Road, go to fork in road bear left on to Marsh Road and go straight on this road to the cemetery’s. 

All of the cemetery’s are on the right side of the road.  Go until you see a driveway just past the Mountaindale synagogue cemetery (fenced in cemetery with a large gate) and just before the Glen Wild cemetery (Non sectarian).  Make the right up the driveway and go straight up the hill.

This is the cemetery you want the Workman Circle #281 cemetery.

 From Route 17 East:

 Route 17 East to Exit 109 Rock Hill.  Go to Stop sign at end of Ramp and turn left, go to stop sign and turn left again, then make the 1st right by Pizza the Rock and the Exxon Station this is Glen Wild Road Go to **above

From New York City/New Jersey/Westchester/Rockland Areas:

Take the New York State Thurway Route 87 North to Exit 16 onto Route 17 West to Exit 113 Wurtsboro/Ellenville Route 209.  At the end of the off ramp turn right onto Route 209.  Follow 209 past the Sylvin cemetery to a small cemetery just before the traffic light in Wurtsboro on the right side,  this is the Wurtsboro Synagogue Cemetery.

From Route 17 East:

Take Exit 113 and at the end of the ramp turn left and follow Route 209 past the Sylvin cemetery to the next cemetery on the right just before the traffic light in the village this is the Wurtsboro Synagogue Cemetery
