Rosen Family- I immensely enjoyed your mom. I visited when Nancy was with her. She would tell me stories of how, when she was pregnant with Arthur, the doctor told her that he had died in her womb and she refused to have the baby taken. She told many other stories of the family. She loved you all. I have thought of her over the years.

Florence will be remembered with love in our family, as a kind and conscientious older cousin to my mother Hazel and a steady, dependable, and very pleasant adult looking out for the younger generation in what we city kids called "the country" in Mountaindale. May her memory be for blessing.

I love you so much grandma; you will always be in my heart & memories. Words cannot describe how much I loved this beautiful woman. I remember when I was little she would read the newspaper & give me the comics. She would enjoy reading me books or telling me fantastic stories about when she was younger or fictional stories she would make up. My mother always said she'd always hope that someday I would be able to have my great grandmother in my life, not only has she been my grandmother for thirteen years, my five year old brother has had the wonderful blessing to cherish and love her very much, along with myself. She lived a long & beautiful life & we will always love and remember her.

We knew Florence for a few years during the 1960s when we stayed at the bungalow colony. She was a warm and gracious host, and always kind to my family. We have fond memories of those summers, in no small part due to her generosity and wonderful sons.
