Stanley Lowenthal, 80 May 28, 1930 - January 22, 2011 Monticello, NY Stanley Lowenthal, 80 passed away on January 22, 2011 in Florida, from pneumonia. Mr. Lowenthal, a pharmacist and a longtime owner of Spector's Pharmacy in Monticello, is survived by Shirley, his wife of 57 years; his sister, Elaine Chesnin Csernelabics; his children, Mitchell and Ann Lowenthal of Brooklyn Heights; Lori Lowenthal and Jerome Marcus of Philadelphia, PA; his grandchildren: Justin, Daniel, Jake, Helen and Celeste all of whom loved him very much. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 24, 2011 at 2:30pm at the Joseph N. Garlick Funeral Home, 388 Broadway, Monticello, NY.
