Many local to the area remember the Joseph N. Garlick Ambulance Service which provided medical transportation to the vast religious makeup of Sullivan and Ulster Counties. To this day we still receive phone calls describing snowy Catskill Mountain ambulance rides to the Monticello, Community General, Horton and Ellenville Regional Hospitals, babies delivered in the field and a friendly face, often thanking and praising the late Mr. Garlick for his service to our community.
Since its inception in 1949, the Joseph N. Garlick Funeral Home has and will continue to be the areas only kosher funeral establishment. In “keeping with the times,” Tyler, Gary, and staff realize that family dynamics are changing more today than ever before. With this as the case, the Joseph N. Garlick Funeral Home welcomes any family in need to call upon us for assistance. Whether services be performed in our chapel, one of our non-sectarian affiliate funeral homes or just a simple cremation, our staff is dedicated to providing you with quality service at an affordable price.
