Frederic Jacob Smith Pittsburg, PA formerly of Ellenville, NY Frederic Jacob Smith, a former resident of Ellenville, died on Monday, May 2, 2005 in Alle-Kiski Medical Center in PA. He was 59. Frederic was born in Allentown, PA on May 15, 1945, the son of George and Estelle (Rappaport) Smith. Graveside Funeral services will be held on Wednesday in the 1:00 pm at Ezrath Israel Cemetery, Route 209, Wawarsing. Rabbi Moshe Frank will officiate.
