Obituary of Meyer Rubenstein

MEYER RUBENSTEIN SWAN LAKE, NY Meyer Rubenstein, a longtime resident of Swan Lake and a retired Director of Education at Woodbourne Correctional Facility, died at home on Friday, October 13, 2006. He was 94. Meyer was born in Brooklyn, NY on November 23, 1911 the son of Jacob and Lena Feld Rubenstein. He was the widow of Mollie Wertman Rubenstein who died in 1999. He is survived by his son; David Rubenstein and his wife Bonnie of Mt. Tremper, NY, his two daughters; Emily Lenhard and her husband Phillip Pilato of Brooklyn and Jane Leslie Rubenstein at home in Swan Lake, and his three grandchildren; Rebekah and Dov Rubenstein and Jennifer Glenn and his two great grandchildren; Megan and Elizabeth Glenn.
