Dearest Melissa,
Although we have not kept in touch over the years, I can see your smiling face as clear as day...always laughing. You are a dear, sweet soul and you lived a life that counted. Everyone who ever knew you is better off because of that experience and I pray that this may serve as some consolation to your family. You were a bearer of light and love. Godspeed on your new journey. Saddened as we are, we are all greatful for the short time we had together. It is never enough. Thank you for being able to share in your light.
Love....evelyn

I have the craziest of memories and I would like to share one with you. We were gathered at Aunt Ruth's house getting ready to watch the 1st Moon landing. When it finally came, Melissa was a lunatic, get it - shouting around - HAPPY MOONDAY - HAPPY MOONDAY. Well she had all the cousins so worked up, we were laughing so hard, that this went on for hours - HAPPY MOONDAY, HAPPY MOONDAY. I will hear that for the rest of my life and love. ALL MY LOVE, FOREVER.
