My thoughts and prayers are with Les'family and friends.
I met him a little more than a year ago and was taken with his honesty and his zany character. I will miss his hugs and lively conversations. May the Lord bless his child, Les.

I'm am sadend by the loss of your dear father, grandfather and my very special email friend. Leslie and I never met face to face but I feel as though I've always known him.We met on a web site more than two years ago and were in touch several times a week. I will miss the emails that brightened my day. So I'll just rely on Gods promise. Someday I will meet Leslie around Gods great throne. Be at peace "My Special One"

To family and friends, I'm so sorry to hear of Les's passing, I was so sure he'd make it through this latest surgery. I met Les maybe 5 years ago on a singles dating site, we even met once in Danbury for pizza. While not suited for each other... we always kept in touch and shared our dating experiences. From there we learned about each others families and health problems. I will miss his spunky emails, he was so much fun. Rest in peace my friend.

I was supposed to meet him next month and so looking forward to it because of all the loving things I have heard about him. When I spoke to him on the phone I enjoyed his sense of humor and willingness to open his heart to our family. Knowing my Mother's heart and assessment of other's I know he was gold in this silver world. I thank him for giving my Mother memories and experiences that she'll treasure forever.

Les was such a sweet person...I feel very fortunate to have met him and spend some time with him. He was so gracious to open his home to me when I came back to NY (from CA) to visit my grandma (Elaine) and him. Thank God he is in a better place, but we will miss him.
