Obituary of Sara Burstein

SARA BURSTEIN HURLEYVILLE, NY Sara Burstein, a lifetime Hurleyville resident and a retired senior account clerk for the Town of Fallsburg, and the widow of Mal Burstein who died in 1996, died on Friday, March 28, 2008 in the Care One Nursing Home Hospice Unit in Morristown, NJ. She was 93. Sara was born in New York City on October 28, 1914 the daughter of Jacob and Anna Sabotke Osdoby. She is survived by her Daughter; Deborah Ohayon and her husband Abraham of Brooklyn, NY and her two sons; Arthur Burstein and his wife Beth of San Francisco, Calf and Jay Burstein and his wife Carol of New York, NY and her brother; Ben Osdoby of Woodridge, NY and her three grandchildren: Myrha, Hanan and Gabrielle, and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2008 in the Congregation Ansche Hurleyville Synagogue Main St. Hurleyville, NY at 12:30pm.
