Nathan Werner Of Florida New York 93 Years old January 13, 1916-August 3, 2009 Nathan Werner, a native of Florida N.Y. died Monday, August 3, 2009 in Wayne, NJ, he was 93. The son of the late David & Rose Kaplan Werner, he was born January 13, 1916 in Florida NY. Nathan is survived by his beloved wife Deborah Werner; Sons Dr. Robert A. Werner, and his wife Patricia, Jerrold M. Werner, and his wife Lynda; daughter Cynthia R. Werner; beloved Grandchildren, Alyssa, Dan, Aron, Lauren, Aric, Noreen and Adam; Great Grandchildren Naomi and Ellie. He was predeceased by Brothers Morris and Louis Werner and Sisters Edith Seltzer and Cecilia Bockar. Nathan was a member and founder of the Temple Beth Shalom. He was a US Army DAV, 10th Mtn Div., BTRY 8 727TH AAA Machine GN BN. He was a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 55 years, former Owner of Werner's Department Store, Werner Bag Corp. and Werner Gas Corp. A member of B'Nai B'rith, American Legion Post 1250, Jewish War Veteran Post 0501, Warwick Lodge No. 0544 of Free and Accepted Masons, SALAAM Shriner's AAONMS OF Livingston NJ, Square Club of the Palm Beaches, Order of the Eastern Star, Queen Esther Chapter No. 163, Past Patron 18 years, Dist. Grand Lecturer. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday August 5, 2009 at 11:00AM at Temple Beth Shalom, 13 Roosevelt Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.
