VICTOR DIDNSKY South Fallsburg, NY January 3, 1915 - January 16, 2011 We celebrate the 96 years of life of Victor Didinsky, He past peacefully on January 16, 2011. A long time resident of South Fallsburg, New York, Victor majored in mathematics at the University of Arkansas, receiving his B.A. in 1935. Entering the Army as a lieutenant, Victor spent World War II in military intelligence in the Pacific. Returning from the war, he married Harriet in 1946 and returned to the family business, Fallsburg Bottling Works in South Fallsburg. In 1959, . Victor continued to be co-owner of the Fallsburg Bottling Works until the business was sold in 1987. Since then Victor has been retired and enjoying his life with his wife of 64 years He is survivied by his wife Harriet Didinsky and his sons, James and Bruce Hurwitz, his three grandchildren, Marc, Sophie and Abbie.. Funeral Services will be held at Joseph N. Garlick Funeral Home Inc 388 Broadway Monticello, New York, on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in the South Fallsburg Hebrew Assocaition Cemetery Marsh Rd. Glen Wild, NY.
