Please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of your loved one. May God almighty father of tender mercies continue to comfort you all. We all eagerly await the fulfillment of God's promise to completely remove all sickness, death, mourning, outcry and pain (Revelation 21:4) . The bible also provides assurance of a resurrection hope for our dead loved ones at John 5: 28,29). May God continue to strengthen you all.

Jim and I have been thinking about you and praying for you all week. Peter was so special to us - always had a smile and something clever to say that made you listen, and laugh! Such a special blessing for us to know him and spend time in Cayman with him and all your wonderful family.

Dear Eileen, We remember the wonderful summers we had together in Cannes. Peter and I grew up together, my father and his father, Max, were partners in Rhulen Insurance Agency.
Peter was always a very interesting, person, someone never satisfied with going along with"what is" but always wanting to do something more, something better. Peter was a person I assumed would make a booming success of himself. He obviously did that. His achievements are something anyone would be very proud of.
My condolences to his family, be comfortable with his passing, it is never easy, but you will always be proud of his achievements and the good he did for others.

...Peter and I always called each other "cousin"
and I never checked if that was accurate as
being his cousin was super.
...I recently found a thank-you note he sent me
in 1976 when through The Franzheim synergy Trust
I sent him a check for $1,800 honoring his work
with the Boy Scouts' New Mexico's Philmont Ranch.
...Ambassador Franzheim and I operated a thoroughbred
breeding and racing enterprise at our Kentucky Bluegrass
Xalapa Farm - and turned to Peter for insurance.
...Growing up in Monticello was enriched by all the
interactions of mine and Peter's!

I am so sorry to hear of Peter's passing. My father Jimmy Wingfield and I knew Pete very well from the late 60's into the 80's. He was always so nice and gracious to us whenever he saw us. He had the kind of integrity that put you at ease in dealing with him. Pete offered me a job in the early 80's which I declined, but I often have wondered how my life would have been had I taken it.

Eileen, Judy & Joan.....and the rest of the Rhulen family,
I am so saddened to read of Peters passing. Even though I haven't seen him for awhile, I miss him dearly. He was such an incredible mentor giving me most of my coins and speaking for me at my celebrations.

One of our favorite memories of Peter is when he tried to convince us to name Jackson “Heronomous” so he could call him by the nickname “Hero”. We had lots of fun talking about that!
