My deepest condolences to Aunt Carole’s family and friends. It’s a profound loss. She was always so attentive to us. I loved getting texts from her. She made me laugh with her quick wit. She was very generous and thoughtful. When I was pregnant with my first daughter, Aunt Carole (who is Jewish, not Catholic like me) went to the effort of getting me a medallion of the patron saint of pregnant women, and not just any medallion but one all the way from the Vatican and blessed by the Pope; I still wear the medallion and only take it off to shower. She bought our girls their first gold jewelry and more clothes and toys than I could count. I’ve saved every one of her notes that she sent with the gifts for the girls so that the girls can read them in the future. Aunt Carole was a great hostess and cook who taught me how to make a turkey breast for the holidays. I loved her brisket. She was very elegant and always so well-dressed with gorgeous accessories, and her hair and makeup and nails always so nicely done. I was so very fortunate to have known her.

Dearest sister/ sister in law, There are no words to express the loss we feel, but the life you lived was nothing short of amazing… Your generous heart, your fierce loyalty to your family and friends, your kindness, your caring… your beautiful love for your “ Baby brother ” … the list goes on and on … You will always be in our hearts… the world is a better place because you were in it … Rest in peace sweet Carole….
