Debra Skinner Fischer posted a condolence
Dear Seymour and Sari:
I am so sorry to hear of Jean's passing. I am not sure if you remember me or not, but my dad was Jake Skinner.
Dad always had a fondness for all of you. May God comfort you in this time of sorrow.
Love,
Deb

Sari-
The service was beautiful. I didn't know your mom but from what I heard today, she was adored by many. I would have loved to met her. You and your loved ones are in my thoughts and prayers during this time.

She was the greatest person I ever worked for and my friend. She always treated me like part of the family. I will always remember our great talks over lunch. My heart goes out to Seymour, Sari and Alec.

I'm so sorry I never had a chance to meet Jean in person. Living in NC, I was only able to know her through correspondence and my mother Barbara, to whom she was a great friend. But I know she was a wonderful woman and she will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are there with you.

When I first moved to the area Matt immediately took me to meet Jean and Seymour. Their house was a second home to Matt and I was warmly welcomed into the fold. My favorite story involved Jean, a huge Saint Bernard, a large white carpet and a bottle of black India ink.
God speed, Jean. Love and hugs to Seymour, Sari and Alec.
