So sorry to hear about Eric's passing I just found out I moved out of monticello in 2009 eric helped me with a few real estate transactions and a criminal case if it wasn't for him I might have gotten jail time I will miss talking to him he was a great guy

I am so sorry to hear of Eric's passing. I was his parttime secretary on the 1980's. Lorin and Heather were young then. I also worked for Lt. Bliss in the Sheriff's Youth Division and he introduced me to Eric. You couldn't ask for a nicer person to work for or to know.

Eric was a great lawyer and great friend. I met Eric when I started working for Malek Properties in 2003. Has many wonderful and successful closings throughout the years. He always made me smile and made me feel welcome. He was always there for me even if he didn't have much time, he always seemed to drop what he was doing to help me in my situations including talking to my kids. He will be greatly missed and always in my heart.

Eric is a first cousin of mine. We rarely saw each other for many years but in the past ten years we reconnected and my wife and I had many dinners with him and his sister Carole and her husband Joel. Eric was a witty and thoughtful conversationalist. I will miss him.
