I was so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. She was always one of my favorite people at the hotel and I really enjoyed working with her and just enjoyed her company. She was extremely bright with a great sense of humor and we shared many laughs together.
I also have very fond memories of your dad, also a wonderful person, always smiling and always with a great sense of humor, and of each one of you.
